Youth Floor Hockey Camp
TEAMMATES Sports Camp has generously donated camp slots to their Youth Floor Hockey Camp. Boys and Girls between the ages of 8 – 14 can apply. Campers will be divided into teams and rotate through fundamental drill stations and compete in games. Former NHL Player Brian Lee and Local Coaches will lead the instructions! There are limited spots available for this camp and selection will be based off United Heroes League’s priority list. Applicants will be notified as soon as possible whether they have been accepted into this camp or not.
The camp will be held on Saturday May 4th, 2019 at North Community High School, 1500 James Ave N, Minneapolis, MN 55411. Check- in begins at 10:00 am. The camp is from 11:00 am – 2:00pm. Campers will receive a camp t-shirt at check-in along with free breakfast. Lunch, a snack & bottle of water will be provided upon dismissal.

2. If you are selected, you will be emailed additional information to complete your registration.
3. After submitting registration be prepared to send a copy of your DD214 upon request.
