Josh Petzel is once again gathering runners to benefit United Heroes League during the 2016 Twin Cities Marathon. He has headed up campaigns for United Heroes League during this yearly event since 2013 to help military kids play hockey. Twin Cities Marathon 2015
Defending The Blue Line® was once again accepted as a Twin Cities Marathon Charity Partner for the October 4, 2015 marathon. The United Heroes League runners collected over $3,000.
Twin Cities Marathon 2014
Defending The Blue Line® was once again been accepted as a Twin Cities Marathon Charity Partner for the October 5, 2014 marathon. Team United Heroes League collected over $11,000.
Twin Cities Marathon 2013
Josh Petzel headed up a campaign with 15 other runners to help the military kids play hockey. They raised over $20,000. Gerdau Corporation donated $2,000 in honor of runner Don Lucia. The Post Race Party was held at the Liffey Irish Pub in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Twin Cities Marathon 2012
On October 7, 2012 Joshua Petzel ran in a Marathon in the Twin Cities
Joshua Petzel ran in the TC Marathon as a fundraiser for United Heroes League. Josh is a coach for Edina’s Peewee B1 Hockey. He also has a partnership in 4 restaurants in the Twin Cities area: The Local, The Liffey, Kieran’s and Cooper.
Josh Petzel and several other runners entered the marathon to help military kids play hockey. Together they raised nearly $3,000.
Twin Cities Marathon 2011
Hastings, Minnesota Firefighter Dave Janssen ran in the TC Marathon for United Heroes League. He sold tee shirts and collected donations to help the military kids play hockey.
